Bad news guys… JPz Records is currently closed due to the Megaupload Shutdown. The cause behind this is due to the recently submitted bills, Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) & PROTECT IP Act (PIPA). Right now, all JPz Records staff members are working on a solution to solve the matter on hosting releases in replace to Megaupload. So as of today, NO MORE MEGAUPLOAD LINKS from JPz Records. Rest in peace MEGAUPLOAD…
Rumors have it that, MEGAUPLOAD IS NOT YET DEAD. Keep your fingers cross guys, because God is against Rep. Lamar Smith as well! But as of now, it’s best for people to just WAIT. It’s possible for JPz Records to share MU links again (or other hosting links) after January 24, 2012 (Tuesday). On that date, the voting for the SOPA & PIPA bill will proceed. I strongly suggest you support the cause against SOPA by voting here. Till then, as I would always say, be patient and watch the news. Stay tuned! We’ll update you guys ahead when news springs up!
Update: January 21, 2012
Good news guys! SOPA/PIPA voting has been pushed back and suspended! Fuck yeah, and fuck you Lamar & the House! Still, although the internet won the battle, the war ain’t over yet! Megaupload is still down and there’s no guarantee that Washington will not take a counterstrike to re-write the bills against Online Piracy Act. As of now, JPz Records has no official decision to RE-UPLOAD everything or not. In other words, it’s still TOO early to take action on what’s gonna happen to the Music Section. As of now, the Fansubs Section is still active so we’ll focus more on the torrent releasing for the meantime, special thanks to CampingHero. Anyway, here’s a buncha nice clips of what’s going on regarding to the SOPA/PIPA, megaupload and YOU:
Now the bad news:
Update: January 22, 2012
As I predicted, FileSonic has now disabled their sharing capabilities! I wouldn’t be surprised if Mediafire, FileServe, FileDeposit and the others do the same. It’s only a matter of time when the US Government will take action against these sites. On other news, have you heard? Anonymous to has taken action! Universal, CBS, Sony take down? They decided like, “Hey, let’s take them all down to show them that nobody has the right to shutdown major companies that affect the Internet!” Till Megaupload is back in operational, we’ll continue to hack major sites that supported the lawsuit against Megaupload.” Yup! That’s what they’re doing. Personally, I dunno what will be the outcome of this feud between the US Government & Anonymous, but one thing is for sure, whatever the outcome may be, I WILL AFFECT YOU, ME, ALL OF US.
Anyways, that aside… JPz Records wanna share you guys something as a deep apology to our closure. We present to you, JPz Records’s first EXIT TUNES Collection via torrent:
P.S.
SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED IT!!
Also here’s a nice video from a dear neighbors, the Anonymous:
Update: January 25, 2012
Recently, we heard rumors that Anonymous is actually attempting the shutdown FACEBOOK again on January 28, 2012, but I, for one, am not 100% sure if these rumors are true. But still, they’re still at it due to megaupload still being offline as of this date. Here’s the thing, lately I figured out the REAL REASON why megaupload was targeted down by the US gov’t first. If you click that link, you will read that there’s a bigger problem with the founder of megaupload, Kim Dotcom initially, and it’s not due to the fact that megaupload is the largest file storage website. No… It seems this “sloppy drug kingpin” has been doing “illegal” things to begin with. It just so happens that the found evidence in megaupload as a source of $500 millions worth of copyrighted music materials. Talk about a Mega Conspiracy, Kim Dotcom is one big factor to megaupload’s shutdown. For more info:

Other news, JPz Records Music Section is thinking of using Mediafire as substitute to Megaupload. The reason is:

This update is NOT YET OFFICIAL, since we’re still monitoring things that might happen online.
Update: January 26, 2012
This video will explain all on wasup with Megaupload founder, Kim Dotcom.
That’s all for now, stay tuned!
JPz Records God,
Enosioph Leviticus
this was the first site that came to mind when I found about megaupload being shutdown -__- I hope Jpz recovers, the only other alternatives that come to mind would be rapidshare
fileserve is another good cheap alternative
rip MU, you’ve done us well and hope jpz records dont close
i think…. media fire is the coolest site…..
so it means goodbye megaupload?
new update guys!
Please do your part guys to support MU and stop SOPA and PIPA and ACTA.This Act will be the death of sitrs like us.As for MU premium users you can still access the links using JDownloader.Lets stay optimistic and beat these guys.
i believe acta is already active as of today, but i know polish people are at a rage mode due to their country signing the new treaty lol
I think the valid alternative are Zippyshare and Mediafire. They are very fast, as Megaupload.
There is always http://www.multiupload.com/
you really think that using another hosting storage site will solve this?
guys, the problem here is bigger than megaupload.
JPz Records will join the blackout when google does.
thats right!
JPz Records is protesting on SOPA!
JPz, please keep an eye on this IP address: 109.236.83.66
This will be the new site for MegaUpload. Everyone’s favorite file sharing site WILL NOT go down that easily. Keep your hopes up. Don’t waste your time re-uploading everything, MegaUpload will come back sooner or later.
BTW, long time no see. :3
Nvm, that IP address is not Megaupload… my bad. It’s a fake.
oyeah, its dead lol
i guess sue was wrong…
or maybe, theyre just rebooting the server??
Yippie Kay Yay Mo**er **ck** Damn, congressman. Who’d have that kind of idea creating SOPA & PIPA. Maybe I’ll give you a true “pipa air” (PLUMBING PIPE) in Indonesian. GYAHGYAHGYAH. Pardon to my words.
It’s called SHARING, means it can be free or not depends on each sharer. What’s the different if a friend of mine bought music CD then I borrow it. Must I pay him? Do I violate rules? Wait, I have an idea. Why don’t they shut all library because they also have the same concept.
I think we just have make another independent satellite for our free community only.
KHEKHEKHE. Anyone has a satellite??
nooo!! i can´t finish download all the trance collection…
I agree with aziantaku, use Multiupload. It creates up to 8 mirrors at once (it used to be 9, but the 9th one was Megaupload).
By the way, while the admins are under arrest and the servers are in FBI hands, Megaupload can’t come back. And even if it did, the files would all still be gone, since they’ll be on those confiscated servers.
thanks for the torrent
